Prenatal Yoga + Pilates

It’s so important to continue to move, create stability, and strength during your pregnancy. It’s also important to connect to other mamas-to-be to share and hold space during this unique time in life, whether it’s your first or second, or fifth. Sessions will be ongoing on Mondays at 5pm via Zoom. Zoom link will be emailed once registered. Can’t attend live? I’ll be recording the classes, and sending a copy to all enrolled.
